This Word War Two drama features an all-star cast, and is generally considered to be one of the best movies of all time. Burt Lancaster stars as Sgt. Warden, a career soldier who has an affair with his commanding officer’s wife, played by Deborah Kerr. Montgomery Clift is a rebellious and proud soldier who falls in love with a prostitute(Donna Reed), and Frank Sinatra’s performance of Maggio earned him an Oscar for best supporting actor.
